Delivery & pickup
We deliver across Ibadan. Delivery fees are calculated from your location to our store; free store pickup is always available. Delivery orders are paid online before dispatch — the fee is included in the total you pay.
Payments
Pay online with Moniepoint or Paystack — both accept bank transfer, card or USSD, and cover your goods and any delivery fee in one payment. You can also reserve your order online and pay at the MicDora store using our Moniepoint POS when you collect it; reserved orders are held until you pay.
Returns & refunds
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Start a return from Your Account → Returns. Approved refunds are paid to your bank within 3–5 business days.
Terms of use
By using the MicDora storefront you agree to our conditions of sale. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change. Stock is subject to availability at our Ibadan store.
Privacy notice
We use your details only to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. We do not sell your data.
